The Continuum
In order to address the complete whole of you we've designed a model that weaves each of the previously mentioned modalities on this site together. The mental, the emotional, the physical, and even the spiritual components have been joined into a complex web and subsequent programs, bridging all the aspects of each into a dynamic model we call "the Continuum".
This model is a distinguishing foundational element of the Take Giant Steps approach and philosophy. It is a view that shows us the multifacets of yourself as they are today and your actions in the world around you.
We use this to determine the appropriate approach towards your health and excellence, and design effective courses of action to take to achieve it. As a foundational element, it is used within all our programs.
