For over 15 years Lyric Ginsberg has been training, studying and teaching in the realm of accelerated evolution and excellence.

Starting on Long Island, New York, he remembers standing way out on the rocks. Giant rocks that jutted out from Long Beach far into the ocean. Standing out there on the very last one, as a warm summer moon shone down and blew a wind across his hair, he wondered what to do next. It was then he decided to commit himself to consciousness, in all its aspects: body, mind, self, and spirit.... finding the better ways to live and be, holistically.

He first picked up fitness techniques, physique, food, and diet management in the 80's. Then worked his way through Neuro-Linguistic programming, zen-effects, and hypnosis in the 90's. It was a detailed search for gathering as much information regarding the optimization of the self.

In 1993 he began seeing clients for emotional issues and positive performance transformation while maintaining different management positions. Results were measurable and immediate.

In 1996 he furthered this work, in corporate sales recruiting for Tony Robbins, absorbing the in's and out's of his technology.

In 1998 he became a professional fitness trainer to round out the physical aspect of his vision of personal excellence, becoming the top trainer at his gym. Addressing all aspects of physicality: injury re-hab and prevention, weightloss, strength and muscle gain, movement repatterning, and ever more esoteric skills and modalities.

In 2003 he became manager of a personal fitness facility, successfully and sustainably doubling business within the first year.

Then his research jumped again when he began learning from and gaining a deep understanding of the burgeoning consciousness movement. By becoming an NLP master practitioner, adding massage, behavioral certifications, energetic systems, intelligence enhancing techniques and more, the ideas wove together into this completed vision that you are now experiencing.
